We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Zwift account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
